At the age of 35+ - so what?

Listen up ladies! If you're between the ages of 35 to 45, it's time to get those buns moving! The recommended number of exercise classes per week is at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise spread out over several sessions.

Don't worry, you don't have to become a fitness guru overnight. You can start with just 2-3 exercise classes per week and gradually work your way up to 4-5 classes. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!

But let's be real, sometimes life gets in the way and we can't make it to the gym. That's okay, just make sure you're still getting some exercise in. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk instead of drive, and do some squats while you're waiting for your coffee to brew.

And don't forget to listen to your body. If you're feeling tired or sore, take a break and rest up. You don't want to push yourself too hard and end up like a turtle on its back.

So, get those cute workout clothes out of the closet and let's sweat it out! After all, exercise is just like chocolate - it makes everything better.
